We want you to love your Christmas photos! If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Digital Products
For digital photo packages, we offer the following options if you're not satisfied:
- Free Regeneration: We'll regenerate your photo with different settings at no extra cost
We DO NOT offer monetary refunds for digital products.
Print Products
For printed photo card packages:
- Damaged/Defective: We'll reprint and reship at no cost
- Lost in Transit: We'll reship or provide a full refund
- Quality Issues: Contact us with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund
- Not as Expected: If the printed result differs significantly from the digital preview, we'll refund or reprint
Print refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
What's Not Covered
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- Low-quality input photos resulting in lower-quality outputs (we recommend high-resolution, well-lit photos)
- Subjective preferences about AI artistic choices that don't constitute defects
- Requests made after the refund window has closed
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or regeneration:
- Email us at support@kringlestudio.com
- Include your order number or email used at checkout
- Describe the issue you experienced
- For print issues, include photos if applicable
We typically respond within 24-48 hours and process refunds within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days to appear
- The refund amount will match the original purchase price
- Shipping costs for print products are included in refunds for quality issues
